On this foundation of care, our colleagues conjure a world of ‘one offs’ based on individually styled rooms and menus that reflect the seasons and the locations you’re enjoying them in.

Because you’d rather get a taste for the local area and the season you’re visiting. Our dishes are always freshly prepared, some seasonally inspired and with a local twist.
